What we love about being booked as event company is stepping into someone’s world for an evening. This is an event date booking with us, for clients who want us along as company for a wedding, party, gala, work event, business dinner or any other social occasion. We come to your event prepared. Beforehand we will talk through what the event is, who will be there, the dress code, anything you want us to know about your story or the cover story you would rather we use, and any topics or people we should be ready for.

Clients who simply prefer being at an event with company they have chosen and booked, rather than navigating the evening alone.
Booking an event date
Reach out as far ahead as you can, ideally a few weeks before the event, so we can make sure we are free and have time to prepare with you. Send the date, the type of event, the venue, the dress code and any context that helps us show up well. If you have a cover story, share it upfront. We will come back with availability, our event rate and any practical details.
For multi day events, weddings out of town or destination gatherings, ask us about travel dates and overnight rates, which we structure separately.
We are based in inner Melbourne and attend events across the city and the surrounding regions. We also travel for social event bookings further afield, interstate and international included, with Fly Me To You arrangements organised
